Kjeldoran was a legendary hero and warrior who lived in the frozen northern regions of the world. Kjeldoran was a staunch defender of the weak and the downtrodden, and he would stop at nothing to ensure their safety and well-being. 

Kjeldoran's most famous feat was his epic battle against the dark lord Drogath, who had amassed an army of undead and demons to conquer the world. Kjeldoran rallied his fellow warriors and led them into battle against Drogath's forces, wielding his mighty Gjallarhorn to inspire his allies and strike fear into the hearts of his enemies. Despite being vastly outnumbered, Kjeldoran and his warriors fought with unparalleled courage and ferocity, and they ultimately emerged victorious, banishing Drogath and his minions back to the abyss from whence they came. 

In the midst of a fierce battle, Kjeldoran's loyal mammoth companion fell in battle, sacrificing itself to protect its master. Moved by the mammoth's loyalty and bravery, Kjeldoran used his connection to the magic of the horn to summon its spirit from the afterlife, binding it to the Gjallarhorn. From that day forward, the spirit mammoth became a loyal companion to Kjeldoran, aiding him in his battles against the forces of darkness. 

When the Gjallarhorn is blown, it resonates with the mammoth spirit still bound to it, calling forth a spectral version of the mighty beast. The mammoth's presence on the battlefield inspires courage in those who fight alongside it, and its powerful attacks can turn the tide of battle. As long as the spirit mammoth remains bound to the horn, it will continue to fight alongside its summoner, protecting them from harm and striking fear into the hearts of their enemies. 

After the battle, Kjeldoran became a revered figure among his people, and his legacy lived on for generations. His Gjallarhorn became a symbol of hope and inspiration, and it was passed down from generation to generation, entrusted to only the most worthy and courageous warriors. Even in death, Kjeldoran's spirit remained a guiding force for his people, and his name became synonymous with honor, courage, and the unyielding spirit of the north.

Kjeldoran's Companion

If the mammoth moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the mammoth can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.

Pseudopod

Slime liches are the result of a twisted pact between a powerful wizard and Jubilex, the Demon Prince of Ooze. Seeking to escape death and gain immortality, these wizards undergo a ritual that transforms them into undead oozes, bound to a phylactery in the form of an oblex spawn. Slime liches retain their intelligence and spellcasting abilities, but also gain the traits of oozes, such as resistance to physical damage and the ability to secrete acid.

Slime liches are obsessed with expanding their knowledge and power, often by consuming the memories of other creatures. They use their phylacteries to store and access these memories, as well as to communicate with their patron Jubilex. Slime liches are loyal to Jubilex, but also seek to further their own agendas, which usually involve spreading corruption and chaos in the world.

Slime liches are rare and secretive, preferring to hide in remote locations where they can conduct their experiments and rituals undisturbed. They often have lairs filled with oozes and undead that serve as their minions and guards. Slime liches are paranoid and cunning, always prepared for intruders or enemies. They use their spells and lair actions to manipulate the environment and trap their foes.

Slime liches are feared and hated by most living creatures, who see them as abominations and threats. Only a few cults or factions may ally with them, either out of reverence for Jubilex or out of desperation for power. Slime liches have few rivals among other undead or oozes, as they consider themselves superior to both. However, they may occasionally clash with other powerful spellcasters or entities that seek to challenge or exploit them.

## Phylactery
A typical phylactery is an amulet inlaid with gems and inscribed with runes that store spells and life force. A slime lich’s phylactery is different: it is an oblex spawn that has been infused with necromantic energy and bound to serve as both an ally and an anchor for its master’s soul.

The oblex spawn has all the statistics and abilities of an oblex spawn as described in Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes, except that it also has immunity to necrotic damage and advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. It also shares telepathy with its master up to any distance, as long as they are on the same plane of existence.

The oblex spawn usually stays hidden near its master’s lair, but it can also venture out to scout for potential victims or allies for its master. It can consume memories from living creatures as normal, but it cannot create simulacra from them; instead, it transfers those memories to its master via telepathy, allowing the slime lich to cast spells using those memories if desired.

Destroying an oblex spawn doesn’t kill its master, but it prevents rejuvenation until another oblex spawn is created. To create another oblex spawn, the slime lich must perform an eight-hour ritual using an oblex elder as a material component. The ritual destroys both creatures and produces an oblex spawn that serves as a new phylactery for the slime lich.

A slimy tendril erupts from a point on the ground within 120 feet of the slime lich and lashes out at one creature within reach that it can see. That creature must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d10 +4) bludgeoning damage and be grappled by the tendril until initiative count 20 on the next round.

Slimy Tendril

A pool of acidic ooze forms under one creature that the slime lich can see within 120 feet of it. The creature must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone and take 21 (6d6) acid damage and be restrained until initiative count 20 on the next round.

Acid Pool

A wave of necrotic energy spreads spreads from a point on the ground and washes over all creatures within 60 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Necrotic Wave

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the slime lich takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the slime lich can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

Cantrip

The slime lich uses its Pseudopod attack.

The slime lich fixes its gaze on one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or become frightened for 1 minute. While frightened this way the creature has disadvantage on saving throws against the slime lich's spells. The frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Frightening Gaze

The slime lich casts one of it's spell between 1st and 4th level.

Cast a 5th-8th level spell (Costs 3 Actions)

The slime lich can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The slime lich regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Slime Lich

The region containing a legendary slime lich’s lair is warped by its magic, which creates one or more of the following effects:

* Pools of acidic ooze form within half a mile of the lair.
* Undead creatures within half a mile of the lair have advantage on saving throws against features that turn undead.
* Oozes within half a mile of the lair are friendly toward the slime lich and obey its telepathic commands.

If the slime lich dies permanently by destroying its phylactery, these effects fade over the course of 1d10 days.

If it has a phylactery (see below), a destroyed slime lich gains a new body in 1d10 days, regaining all its hit points and becoming active again. The new body appears within 5 feet of the phylactery.

The slime lich has advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.

Turn Resistance

The slime lich has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Resistance

The slime lich can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. It can’t be grappled or restrained.

Ooze Nature

*Melee Weapon Attack:* +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6 + 3) slashing damage, or 7 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer. 

Claws

The swarm can use its action to consume any coins that it can see within 5 feet of it. If the coins are worn or carried by another creature, the swarm must make a Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check contested by the creature’s Dexterity (Acrobatics) or Strength (Athletics) check. If the swarm succeeds, it grabs and consumes the coins. The swarm regains hit points equal to the total value of the coins in copper pieces. For example, a copper coin would heal the swarm for 1 hit point, while a gold coin would heal it for 100 hit points. The swarm can’t exceed its hit point maximum in this way.

Devour Coins

Coin scavengers are tiny constructs that resemble mechanical spiders with copper plating. They were originally created by a greedy wizard who wanted to collect all the coins in the world. He enchanted them with a magical sense of smell that allowed them to detect any coin within 30 feet of them. He also gave them the ability to consume coins and use their metal to repair themselves. He planned to unleash them on the cities and towns of the world and have them bring back all the coins they could find.

However, his plan backfired when the coin scavengers turned on him and devoured his entire fortune. They then escaped from his laboratory and spread across the land, looking for more coins to feed on. They are especially attracted to copper coins, as they match their own color and material. They are also drawn to other precious metals, such as silver and gold, but they avoid iron and steel, as they find them too hard and bitter.

Coin scavengers are not very intelligent, but they are cunning and stealthy. They often hide in dark places, such as sewers, dungeons, or abandoned buildings, where they can find coins that have been lost or forgotten. They also sneak into places where coins are stored or exchanged, such as banks, markets, or temples. They use their nimble claws to snatch coins from unsuspecting people or objects, and then flee to a safe spot where they can devour them.

Coin scavengers are usually solitary, but they sometimes form small groups or swarms when they find a large source of coins. They do not communicate with each other, but they can sense each other's presence through their coin sense. They do not have any loyalty or hierarchy among themselves, and they will fight over coins if there are not enough for everyone. They also do not have any natural predators or enemies, except for those who value their coins and try to protect them from the scavengers.

Coin scavengers are considered a nuisance and a threat by most people who encounter them. They are often hunted down and destroyed by guards, adventurers, or bounty hunters who want to stop their coin thefts or recover their stolen coins. Some people also try to capture them and use them as pets or tools, but this is very risky, as the scavengers are not loyal or obedient, and will try to escape or bite their captors at any opportunity.

Coin scavengers do not have any purpose or goal beyond finding and eating coins. They do not care about the value or history of the coins they consume, nor do they understand the concept of money or trade. They simply follow their instinct and hunger for metal. Some people believe that they are a curse or a punishment from the gods for the greed and corruption of the world. Others think that they are a sign of the end times, when all wealth and civilization will be devoured by metal spiders.

Swarm of Coin Scavengers

The swarm can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Nimble Escape

The scavenger can pinpoint, by scent, the location of any coin within 30 feet of it.

Coin Sense

The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny construct.

Bite

As a bonus action, the goldfiend can alter its shape and appearance to resemble any object made of gold or gemstones that is of Tiny size or smaller. While in this form, the goldfiend is indistinguishable from the object it mimics, except by a detect magic spell or similar magic. The goldfiend can use this ability to hide, lure, or escape from its enemies or prey. The goldfiend can revert to its true form as a bonus action.

Gold Shape

Goldfiends are cunning and greedy devils that serve powerful masters in the Nine Hells. Their masters are usually pit fiends or archdevils who command vast armies and hoards of treasure and magic items. Their masters value the goldfiends for their ability to lure and corrupt mortal souls with their tempting offers. The goldfiends act as their masters' eyes and ears in the Material Plane, scouting for potential targets and making pacts with them. The goldfiends can offer any item that their masters allow them to use, but they must also report back to their masters and share the souls they collect.

Goldfiends are not loyal to their masters out of respect or fear, but out of convenience and opportunity. They know that their masters are powerful and ruthless beings who can reward or punish them as they see fit. They also know that their masters have many enemies and rivals in the Nine Hells, who would love to see them fall. Goldfiends are always looking for ways to increase their own power and wealth, even if it means betraying or deceiving their masters. They have their own personal motivations and schemes, such as:
- Collecting more souls than they report to their masters, hoping to use them as bargaining chips or fuel for their own magic.
- Stealing or hiding some of the items that their masters grant them, hoping to sell them or keep them for themselves.
- Making alliances or deals with other devils or creatures who oppose or compete with their masters, hoping to gain their favor or protection.
- Seeking out ancient secrets or artifacts that could give them an edge over their masters or other devils, hoping to discover a way to ascend in the infernal hierarchy.
- Sowing discord or chaos among their masters' followers or enemies, hoping to create opportunities for themselves or weaken their masters' position.


Goldfiends are careful not to let their masters or anyone else discover their true intentions. They maintain a facade of obedience and loyalty, while secretly plotting and scheming behind their masters' backs. They know that if they are ever caught or exposed, they will face a terrible fate at the hands of their masters or their enemies. Goldfiends are willing to take risks and gamble with their souls, but they are also smart enough to know when to retreat or lie low. Goldfiends are always looking for the next big score, the next juicy soul, the next shiny item. They are never satisfied with what they have, and always want more.

Goldfiend

The goldfiend's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Innate Spellcasting

The goldfiend can offer a creature within 30 feet of it a bargain. The creature can choose to accept or decline the offer. If the creature accepts, it agrees to give up its soul to the goldfiend in exchange for a reward. The reward can be anything that the goldfiend can reasonably provide, such as gold, magic items, information, or favors. The reward is delivered to the creature within 1 hour of making the pact. The creature and the goldfiend are bound by the pact and will not willingly harm each other or break the pact. If the creature dies while it is bound by this pact, its soul is trapped in the goldfiend's body and can only be freed by a wish spell or similar magic. A creature that has its soul trapped by the goldfiend cannot be resurrected by any means.

Slam

The golem hardens its body into a diamond-like state. Until the end of its next turn, the golem is immune to all damage except thunder damage, and its speed is reduced to 0 and it can’t benefit from any bonus to its speed.

Crystalize (Recharge 5-6)

The diamond golem is a towering humanoid figure made of pure diamond. Its body is covered with facets that reflect and refract light in dazzling patterns. Its eyes are two brilliant gems that glow with a faint inner light. It moves with grace and precision, despite its massive size and weight. When it activates its crystalize ability, its body becomes even more rigid and shiny, making it look like a giant statue.

Diamond Golem

When the golem is targeted by a spell that creates a line or a ranged spell attack, such as ¤lightning bolt¤ or ¤fire bolt¤, it can use its reaction to refract the spell. The spell passes harmlessly through the golem and is converted into a 15-foot cone on the other side of the golem. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw against the caster’s spell save DC or suffer the effects of the spell.

Refract

The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Immutable Form

The golem has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

The golem’s weapon attacks are magical.

Magic Weapons

The golem makes two slam attacks and uses it's Magic Item feature if available.

The golem uses one of the magic items in its body. Roll a d100 and consult the Magic Item table to determine what kind of item it uses. Once an item is used, it can’t be used again until the golem finishes a short or long rest.

Reclaim

The treasure golem is a fearsome sight to behold. It resembles a hulking humanoid made of gold coins, gems, and various magical items that sparkle and glow with arcane power. It moves with surprising speed and agility, slamming its fists into its enemies and unleashing the effects of its magic items. It does not speak, but emits a loud clinking sound as it moves. It is fiercely protective of its treasure, and will pursue anyone who tries to steal from it or damage it. It can sense the presence of other valuable items nearby, and will try to incorporate them into its body if possible.

Treasure Golem 

The golem can pinpoint the location of any object worth at least 100 gp within 60 feet of it.

Treasure Sense

The golem is composed of gold coins, gems, and various magical items. Whenever the golem takes damage, it loses some of its treasure components. For every 50 points of damage it takes, roll a d20 and consult the Treasure Body table to determine what kind of treasure falls off the golem. The treasure remains on the ground until picked up or until the golem reclaims it as a bonus action. If the golem reclaims a magic item, it can use it as part of the same bonus action.
