Charge Buildup
While wearing these socks with no footwear covering them, you can shuffle or drag your feet against the ground for 1 uninterrupted minute (moving at least 10 feet per round) to build up a charge of static electricity. You can store up to 3 charges at a time. The socks lose all stored charges if you remove them or wear shoes over them.Static Shock
