Razorwhip

The Razorwhip appears to be a long metallic filament attached to an ornate hilt. The strand is remarkably strong yet supple enough to coil around limbs, weapons, pillars, and larger creatures. It bends as easily as rope, but it cannot be cut, stretched, or broken by ordinary means.
Despite its name, the Razorwhip is not especially sharp. Its true danger lies in its ability to become something else entirely. Countless warriors have underestimated the harmless-looking filament only to discover, too late, that it can transform into an unyielding blade in the blink of an eye.
Magic Weapon
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.The Razorwhip deals slashing damage and has the Finesse and Reach properties.
Fluid Transformation
As a bonus action, you can transform the Razorwhip into its counterpart, the Razorblade. The weapon retains its attunement and magical properties in either form.Ensnaring Lash
When you hit a creature with the Razorwhip you can choose to attempt to ensnare it. The target must succeed on a Strength or Dexterity saving throw (its choice) or become grappled and restrained by the whip (escape DC 18). You cannot make attacks with the Razorwhip while its's grappling a creature. The grapple ends if the target escapes, if you release it (no action required), or if the weapon leaves your possession.Razor's Embrace
While a creature is grappled by the Razorwhip, you can use a bonus action to transform the weapon into its Razorblade form.The grapple immediately ends as the filament snaps rigid. The creature takes slashing damage, and it must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take an additional slashing damage as the blade tears through flesh, armor, and bone.
If a creature fails the saving throw by 5 or more, one of its limbs is severed (DM's choice).
Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
